SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days from the moment of your purchase. This does not include weekends or local holidays.

Our shipments are made via registered Spanish mail Correos or other delivery companies through Packlink. We ship mainly to the European continent and avoid shipping long distance due to environmental impact. (see below).

We do not assume customs or taxes derived from shipments to other countries.

Shipping from Mallorca is sometimes a bit more expensive, we are working though on getting better shipping rates. Living on an island is a little handicap for these things. But we will fill our packages with sunshine and love for you.

 
 

Our prices and approximate deliverY times are the following:

  • Spain: 7 € registered mail / 2 - 3 working days

  • Europe: 14 € / estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days depending on destination.

Returns

We hope you are happy with our products, but in case you need to return any purchased item, we’d appreciate that you’d get in touch with us within 15 days from the moment of reception of the item and we will organize the return for you. The product shall be unused and in its original packaging. Once the product arrives back to us, we will check it and immediately send you the money back via PayPal, excluding any shipping costs.

 

Please take into consideration that we are not able to offer you return option for our Relax Eye Pillows due to hygienic reasons. We hope you understand.

 

Also consider that many of our natural dye products as our eco print scarfs or yarns have specific unevenness, which we love, but we can not feature all these details at our product page. We hope you embrace them and like them, but we understand if you had a different expectation.

 

Colors may be displayed at each computer screen differently, which is something out of our control. Take it into consideration when purchasing a yarn. Also please understand that the natural pigments of your product may mature and shift in color with time. It is important to keep it out of direct sunshine when stored or while drying.
